David is widely thought of as a visionary, an entrepreneur and successful adviser to both emerging companies and large companies as they pursue a path to change and growth. He got his start as a Management Consultant working for a Big 4 consulting company in their healthcare practice. He followed various positions with a worldwide medical device supplier serving health systems in various roles of field sales, region management, strategic business development/acquisitions and eventual VP of Domestic Sales.
He went on to lead the development of a Health Plan in Chicago for a national health insurer and managed for several years to successful membership and revenue targets. As an Executive Vice President involved in a high growth minimally invasive company, part of a team that lead a successful IPO and several years of growth prior to being acquired.
He transitioned into advisory services where he has supported companies in strategic advisory planning, assessment of emerging care segments & technologies, corporate finance alternatives, acquisitions and divestitures and interim management. Advisory services are performed and enhanced by multiple industry leader, payer, providers of care and certain analytic service organization relationship. Historical assignments further resulted in numerous relationships in Investment Banking, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms in the US and Europe. All the above allow for excellent insights and introductions for clients.
David led the start-up of two new companies inside a global technology company based in Europe.
Recently assignments have allowed for on-going esteemed relationships and client opportunities with payers, health systems and OOH Care provider networks serving Value Based Care (VBC) continuum of care growth.​​

Eric Patterson

Eric started his career in 2019 working for a Telehealth platform as a marketing associate and in June of 2020 Eric started full time with Patterson group as a Senior Associate. Eric’s current role consists of research and marketing assignments based around various health service clients with recent focus on post acute-Out of Hospital care market and emergence of Value Based Care-VBC.
Recently Eric has been working within the AI market to help support partnerships focused on value based care, patient engagement and care gap fulfillment. Recent client support has included Circular RNA supporting precision psychiatry, multi-sensor diagnostic device support OOH- in the home physician care market launch, AI- Behavioral Science care gap support and research of ACO models of care.
Eric graduated from Belmont University with a BS in Economics in 2017.Throughout college Eric conducted secondary research in support of Patterson Group and its clients.
