 David Patterson  

 

David is widely thought of as a visionary, an entrepreneur and successful adviser to both emerging companies and large companies as they pursue a path to change and growth. He got his start as a Management Consultant working for Big 4 consulting company in the healthcare practice. He followed with various  positions with a worldwide medical device  supplier of field sales, region management, business development/acquisitions and finally VP of Domestic Sales for a leading market share surgical products division. He went on to lead development of a  Health Plan  in Chicago for a nationally known health insurer and for several years to successful membership and revenue targets. David was also involved in a high growth minimally invasive company where as an Executive Vice President was part of a team that lead a successful IPO.

 

He further transitioned into consulting-advisory where he supports companies in strategic advisory- planning, assessment of emerging technologies, corporate finance alternatives, acquisitions and divestitures and interim management. Historical assignments  resulted in numerous relationships in  Investment Banking, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms in the US and Europe.

 

David has also led the start-up of two new companies inside a global technology company based in Europe. Other endeavors include being hired by an investment firm to support a turnaround of a post-surgical pain control product company, and the restructuring of a cancer diagnostic company.

Eric Patterson

Eric graduated from Belmont University with a BS in Economics in 2017. Throughout college Eric conducted secondary research in support of Patterson Group and its clients. In 2019 Eric started working for a Telehealth platform as a marketing associate and in June of 2020 Eric started full time with Patterson group as a Senior Associate. His current role consists of research and marketing assignments based around post acute care market.

Melanie Holt Fauth

Melanie is a visionary Senior Executive with expertise in health system strategy and operations as well as in development of post-acute and senior care approaches to lowering overall health care costs.

 

She has been repeatedly recognized for her achievement in planning and execution of post-acute networks and programming across a large state-wide health system, developing and growing a long term specialty hospital, and excelling in identifying partners and key stakeholders to meet goals, budgets and deadlines across complex, matrixed organizations.

 

Melanie leverages a proven track record of surpassing goals and working diligently with partners and teams to ensure success.

Selected Accomplishments

  • Planned, developed, and initiated an integrated three-year health system strategy for optimal post-acute and senior care across a 19 hospital system and large medical group.

  • Developed and directed strategy for a state-wide remote patient monitoring program and complex specialty clinics with outcomes of >50% reduction in 30 day hospital readmissions.

  • Created post-acute networks with 50 unique entities across the entire care continuum with accountability metrics and integrated programming to address key patient issues.

Doug Fauth
